Cafe Gourmand is on Nicholson Street in Edinburgh. I have been there twice with my son T2. We picked it as a neutral location, busy but not conspicuous which fulfills our remit. The staff are very helpful and efficient which is a major plus point. The cafe is quite small but popular. The food is excellent. There is a wide choice of crepes both savoury and sweet. I very much like the bacon and maple syrup one. T2 usually has soup then Croque Monsieur then chocolate cake.
Definitely one to recommend.
